It is beginning to look like Fall and
we're all thinking about the Holidays.
If we're not, we should be.
I have been so busy keeping the store
filled with day to day items, that I
have just recently started thinking
about getting ready for the holidays.
Things to start thinking about. What
does your website look like? How long
has it been since you updated it? Is
there still Easter or Spring up
there????
It is too late to get ads in the
National Magazines, but what about a
little extra advertising on-line and
off-line??? Have we all been sending out
newsletters like we should? I know that
I need to work on that more, especially
with this list.
My goal is to make sure that I send out
monthly newsletters to you from now on
and give you helpful information for
your business, both here here on my
website.
I will be adding more resources to my
resource page, so make sure that you
check back monthly.

How I keep my creative juices flowing
Yes, there are times that my creative
juices quit flowing. Is it because I am
tired? Bored with projects I am working
on? I am not really sure.
But I do know that we all need to take
time and rejuvenate ourselves and get
our creative juices flowing again, or
just to get ourselves motivated again.
Below is a sampling of what works for
me.
Take some quiet time at a bookstore. Sit
in a nice comfy chair with your favorite
drink and thumb through your favorite
books and magazines. Have you been
thinking about taking up a new craft? If
so, this is a great time to research the
craft. And the best thing is that all it
costs is some time the cost of a drink
or two.
